Return Policy
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must return your product(s) within 45 days from the date you received your order and ingredients must be unused. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted items back to us. Although shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, you will receive a $5 credit for shipping and handling off of your next order. Credits may be used within a 60 day period from receipt of the refunded product(s).
Items that can not be returned:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
1. Log in to your Roxy Grace account by either clicking the profile icon in the upper-right corner of our website, or the "My Account" button in the footer:
a. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email (check your Spam or Junk folders if you do not see this email).
c. Go back to our store, and then enter the six-digit verification code. This will show you all of your orders with Roxy Grace.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, and you will be issued your $5 coupon code for a reorder to be used within 60 Days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item contact us.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
